Our pricing structure is designed to save you costs and time, while providing professionally edited high resolution images. All images will be ready to be used on your website, Facebook, Instagram and any other print advertising within 24 hours.  

At least 15-20 images will be provided. This will include both close up and wide angle shots to showcase your property in the best possible way.

What is the process once I book a photography session?

Once we have scheduled a photography session with you, please ensure that you prepare your property for our visit. Our photoshoot can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the number of images required. All the photos will be delivered in 24 hours onto a cloud and ready for you to download.

How do I prepare my property for photography?

  •  Ensure that the property is sparkling clean and remove any clutter in the areas that need to be photographed. If there are any appliances on any benchtops, remove them temporarily.
  • If there are any curtains, open them to let light in and ensure all the light fittings are working.
  • Remove any magnets, photographs or cards on the fridge.
  • Ensure that the carpet is vacuumed and wooden boards are wiped clean. Make sure any windows in the property are also free of dust.
  • If the outdoor area needs to be photographed, ensure that the gardens are trimmed and well maintained.

Why do I need professional photos when I can shoot it from my phone?

  •  According to recent studies, homes with high-quality photography sell 32% faster than those shot by a none professional. Additionally, a home with one photo can spend an average of 70 days on the market, but in contrast, a home with at least 10 photos will spend only 32 days on the market. If your property is lacking interest from buyers or renters, a professional photoshoot may be the most cost-effective way to market your property.
  • Our professional photographers understand the compositions in order to capture the look and feel of your home and identify the right photos to appeal to the market. We will also professionally edit and enhance each photograph and optimise them for web viewing.

Which areas do you service?

We are located in the heart of Chatswood, NSW and our photographers can travel within a 10km radius. For any properties outside of the 10km radius, an extra charge of $40.00 will be added on the bookings. Please contact us to confirm if our photographers will be available.
